It all begins with you reaching out. We’ll discuss your project, answer any questions you may have, and schedule a time for an on-site consultation. You can reach out anytime by phone or email. You can also contact us through social media. At Creative Quality Construction, we’re here for you.
Consultation & Collaboration
Whether it’s a pergola, pavilion, outdoor kitchen, patio, porch, custom home, renovation, or whether it’s residential or commercial, most projects require us to come out and take a look. This enables us to get a more clear understanding of the scope of the project. We’ll use this time to get all of the information we need in order to provide you with a custom quote tailored specifically to your project. If we can see any way to enhance efficiency or save you money then we’ll let you know. We’ll also share any insight we may have to improve your project. We’re not just about making money. Customer service matters to us. If we can help, we will.
Custom Quote
Our desire is to be as thorough as possible in this portion of the process. The fewer change orders we need to submit throughout the process the better. We work hard to capture the full scope of the project up front so that you can be confident in the estimate you receive. We’re not perfect here and if we run into a problem or encounter some unforeseen obstacle along the way then we’ll be quick to reach out with recommendations, but our goal is to foresee as much as possible every time.
Commencement
Unfortunately, the story is all too familiar. You get everything set up. You pay any deposits required. You set a start date only to find that the contractor had something come up… Because of this, we pride ourselves on a few things. First, we try to always answer when you call. Second, we try to always do what we said we would. Third, we try to always show up when we say we will. There may be times when something unavoidable hinders this, but it matters to us greatly. We want you to be able to count on Creative Quality Construction. Once the commencement date is set, we’ll do everything in our power to be there and we will be quick to communicate the second it seems that date may be jeopardized.
Completion & Client Walkthrough
Our goal is to make your vision a reality. Once our work is done, we’ll walk the project together and make you are happy with our work and that nothing was missed. We’ll compile a list of everything that needs to be addressed. Once that list is signed off on, we’ll send our crew back out to get it done!
Client Final Walkthrough & Approval
After all the consulting and collaboration, work, and walkthroughs, hopefully your vision has become a reality and we have met or exceeded all your expectations.
